Welcome to Flights Bistro + Bar, the hotel’s signature restaurant located in the grand atrium of the Hyatt Regency Dulles Hotel!  Our freshly redesigned dinner menu has a little something for everyone: American classics, local favorites, modern twists and international inspirations.  The cocktail program is extensive and sure to please, featuring a number of house recipes.  We love our local Virginia beer so much that we added a new set of taps to feature 5 rotating local brews.  For wine enthusiasts, our expansive menu features delightful vintages from around the globe.  For an intimate dinner or just a quick drink, we look forward to hosting you soon.
